eBay ranking system

Hey guys,

Anyone have any tips or advise on how to get your products more visibility in a rather large market with a lot of competitors?

What I mean is, lets say that the majority of buyers in the uk will filter their search by "buy it now" then sort by lowest first. After this, how does eBay determine ranking for products which are all 99p for example? Because the market which I sell will still return results of around 100-200 for sellers all selling at 99p. Will it then be determined by popularity (sales)?

Any other tips or advise would be much appreciated, thanks.

I know the higher your feedback and DSR score the closer you will get your product to the front

It's seriously something to work on for yourself.

Ranking FIRST or TOP is earned. It is hard work to get there too.

I have seen new, most likely stealth accounts, over power sellers 5+ years old and myself.

I don't know the trick and don't know how they do it. But if you figure it out, feel free to share with me

It does not have to do simply with feedback, DSR, and age. There are other factors in there.

I dont think to many are going to share that info. However follow most ebay rules and be very lenient on return policies...

You read my mind, as much as we share on the forum....there are things we don't by nature.

Same goes for:
"What people sell"
"Suppliers"
