Reported many many many times.

http://www.aspkin.com/forums/paypal-...ng-paypal.html

http://www.aspkin.com/forums/uk-payp...t-message.html

More than likely if you wait 24 hours, the issue may be resolved.

What country paypal is involved?

State more about the paypal.

How is it set up?

I waited for more than 72 hours, and it's still not working.

My PP is in Ireland.

@Noe, GB has spoken of the glitches. Besides that, you need to elaborate a bit on platform (is it US like you spoke of on another thread) - are the funds from sales? any holds? how old the account? Examples

Nevermind on the platform - edited: saw you just posted Ireland - UK has been having a lot of glitches with need for retrying in 24 hours

You are faced with 3 options: 1) Try a different browser 2) Wait for some time and retry 3) Try a different payment source 4) Call up PP and have the transaction done manually.

I would NOT recommend 4) because of the risk of speaking live to PP but hey, if you are desperate...your decision.

All the best with whichever you try and work out

1) I've used all browsers like IE, Chrome, and Firefox.

2) I waited for more than 72 hours now.

3) I have only PayPal balance.

4) I called them, and they just told me to wait for some time later.

It's sad that Paypal is the most unstable service to have your money , I strictly only keep in what I have to lose if it gets limited or computer glitch such as mentioned. I never use for any payments except postage and ebay fees and keep about $50 to cover a refund. I just look at it as something I need to operate but use it as minimal that I need and only keep in what I have to

This issue happened with all my accounts, you need to send a small payment (about 20-$25) first, the payment will go through. Then wait for 1 day and make a bigger payment. Then everything goes back to normal.

You know what I tried to send even $0.10, and it still doesn't go through.

It really wastes my time now.

I don't know what should I do if I have only funds on my PP now :(

Yeah i truly dont believe the amount is ever an issue, it is usually 24 hours but if you are having the problem after that and you called paypal and they told you to wait, i guess not many more options at this point

First speak to your intended recipient and advise him of the situation - maybe other payment methods exist with him/her.

If you have to use only PP and no other funds...sadly, you are in bad spot right now
