Paypal Problem with 21 day holds being applied

I have been selling stuff on ebay since 1999 and have 4623 positive feedbacks.

Then out of the blue because I got a couple of low DSR ratngs (1's and 2's) from a couple of buyers, ebay starting slapping a 21-day hold on my PayPal funds.

That's outrageous.

Would appreciate suggesitons, advice.

Keep grinding and avoid low dsrs and also maybe you switched categories or items????

suggestions could be just to provide the best service to your buyers, keep them happy at all times and with time the holds will be lifted again most probably.

Best suggestion is to work on your DSRs...get them up, ship fast - get customers satisfied - you are lucky NOT being suspended.

Learn stealth methods - make backups.

A 1999 account is gold...better to deal with 21-day holds then be banned - plan accordingly and get your operations tighter. Age along does NOT prevent an account from being tossed aside

Tell me what would be MORE outrageous.

Would you rather have 21-day holds or your account suspended?

Having the holds is something you should be able to resolve.

Look at why you got those low DSRs. Do not be complacent.

Work on not only improving your status of this account but look at the idea of having stealth accounts.

ebay owes you nothing.

Yes, just work on getting the DSR's improved. Keep in regular contact with customers to keep them on side and give them regular updates on their purchase.
