Default Pattern of 21 day holds being lifted?

I have just noticed that there is a set pattern of when the 21 day Paypal holds are premanately (and I use this word lightly) lifted. This has happened on 6 accounts in the last few weeks, I have received raises on my ebay limits and than the first set of items listed sold and than all had holds on Paypal , now after first group sold( this group was all different on diff accounts some sold 8 items others 10, and some 12 and so on) but than once they sold I listed another group of items when they sold that's when the holds were all lifted.

So in my experience
1. Ebay limits raised
2. Listed items and sold ( all auction )
3. Holds on all payments
4. Listed another group and sold ( auction)
5. All payments were Instant

@Dmshark25, not to get into your business but all the accounts selling the same kind of things? If so - possibly a phenomena related to your category and product specifically vis-a-vis risk in PP's eyes

It's all good glad you got those results - seems like a specific (possible) set pattern to those sale types

I would worry about linking.

Different pictures, prices, descriptions correct?
