Paypal supplier invoice and supplier contact info!

When making the invoice how much should I say Purchased the item for say the item I sold on eBay was 90$ How much do I say Purchased it for and is this alright for supplier contact info?

if you bought on amazon.com there should be a receipt?
Or you make up your own invoice and say you bought it at $50, but make up the supplier then...
I just done this step, it was quick and easy, and I think they just take a look and will approve it.

That would depend on the item and suggested retail price/price for sale on Amazon - keep things simple but LOGICAL.
