purchasing from an suspended Ebay account

I was just wondering if it's ok to purchase from an suspended account, as my
stealth account is not ready yet.
I will keep it separately using different IP, user account .

It's more than likely will be a seller's account with buying only rights. Been an indefinite suspension regarding selling.

I can still purchase from this account and my paypal account has not been suspended.

so can i still purchase from this account using different IP and user account?

Keep the account as it was before the indefinite suspension. Avoid changing IP for payment because of paypal.

Do your purchase - do NOT link new info or other stealth accounts to this account. Can you receive the item at your address on this suspended account?

This is a seller's account with an indefinite suspension but OK to buy on....
