Paypal wanting Verification on new accounts?
Hi everyone,
I tried using a 5month old paypal account for the first time to purchase a cheap item and right away limited.
This is the message I get:

What's the issue?

This is the third account.
The other two I tried selling something but this one I was just going to buy a item to test out the problem and right away limited...
Has anyone else had this problem?
I have been on Stealth for about 3 years now and have followed all instructions no problem but this has been going on for a week now all of a sudden
.. I am trying to verify one of the accounts and give paypal a call but its really strange to me..
Any ideas? Thanks
