Best bet would be to go into your bank and ask for a basic accounts. I also use smile a lot myself, but it does take a few days to set up.

Refused a basic account? Not heard of that before truth be told.

Card One Banking used to be ok, but now it seems to have stopped being good.

As I mentioned, I use smile myself, never had any issues.

If you have any bank accounts at the moment, maybe worth talking to the bank to see if you can open a second with them

I use the instant savings account. Has its downsides, but I have generally not had any issues with them.

10 accounts all blocked? You may first want to re-evaluate the way in which you stealth. Over what period of time did they all get blocked?

smile.co.uk - the internet bank

Avoid applying for more bank accounts if you are getting refused

You have to be careful with your actions or your credit score will be affected

Redo that business plan if your accounts are blocked

No they don't, yes you can. For the rest of the T&C go on the website and have a read. But before you start opening more accounts you need to work out why you are getting so many limited accounts. I only loose one or two a year, so to have 10 lost, unless you have been stealthing for 3 or 4 years, is high.

As GB says, you may want to also bear in mind your credit score.

Read the link for yourself about smiley

Are you using your own real ID to create bank accounts? That is the only way

Bare with me for a minute here.

So you have 10 basic accounts, none of which have ever been blocked by PP.

Why not use one of them in that case?

Are you trying to open basic accounts using stealth info? If so that is a massive massive mistake as that is fraudulent. You have to use your own ID to open a UK bank account

You are not making sense

Are these basic accounts attached to PayPal accounts?

In other words you have suspended eBay/ PayPal accounts?

Right, I am with you. In that case I would apply for a Smile Instant Savings account. So long as you know how to stealth, you will have no issue with that. It does take a few days to open, and the on-line interface leaves a lot to be desired, but it does the job nicely.

Have a read on the website. All the information is on there.

I transfer all my money from my smile accounts once a week to my main business account, so have never used the card that comes with the account
