when stealthing with all new info from the closed account can i still use the same address... ( stupid ?) so can i maybe use a suite or apt # on a residential address i can use st or ave cuse paypal knows the real one the city in which i live uses....

No connections to old or any account for the new account. Google avs and read about it. Avs is the same system paypal uses example address is 123 main st boise idaho 97078 paypal and ebay see 12397078 anything you add to that is the same address 123 main apt 9 boise idaho 97078 avs sees 12397078 still. My personal experience says it does not matter if it matches because tons do but if everything or anything else matches I think it could be trouble. I hope that helps

Avoid doing that as much as you can

Consider a PO box

PO Box is a great alternative and you can receive items and mail at that address...not just returns
