Default Rewards Credit cards for inventory?

Just curious if anyone else uses a rewards credit card to buy your inventory with and if so what ones do you recommend?
I have had one for several years, it had a pretty good rewards program 2 points for every dollar and the rewards were reasonable. I always go buy my inventory, pay with the card then come straight home and schedule the payment for the credit card to come out the next day so I never get stuck with interest and I reap the rewards. I typically trade my points in for checks or at christmas I trade for gift cards that I give as gifts but recently my card issuer was bought out by another bank and when the rollover is finalized next month and I get the new card the rewards program im on now is over, the new bank has a rewards program but its not as good, takes more points to get a reward and they aren't the same kinda rewards, its things like subscriptions, travel discounts etc.
Anybody have one they recommend now that offers rewards in the form of cash(checks) and gift cards?

Amex Business Rewards is awesome! And Southwest Airlines had - maybe still has - a good program if you fly a lot.

Up here, Amex or Visa tied to Airmiles or Aeroplan works good for travel points

Yes, I use my rewards Credit Card on all purchases where there isn't a discount paying by cash or check/money order. Have never missed a payment and live withing my means. So if someone does not take a cash or check discount I always pay by credit card.

I went though this with a Periodontist several months ago. Had to have some work done. I have no dental insurance and offered to pay Cash if I could save even the one or two percent on CC fees. They said no. So I charged it to my rewards card. Whatever. Same deal with suppliers. Sometime they want a bank transfer which can have fees. I usually offer check or money order. I they refuse I say whatever as well charge the card.

Love to use reward cards for airline miles, hotel stays etc.

Why not use all your cards?

Amex to Chase to many others who have some awesome rewards.

No we dont have SSN like in the USA - therein lies one problem but few people up here have USA-based cc's without SSN so takes some research on my part...

I don't have one. But AMEX charges the highest merchant fees by far. That is why many businesses don't accept them. If you talk to many small businessmen/women they will tell you flat out American express fees are to large. However, more often than not that does mean they have the Credit Card with the most lucrative rewards system.
