Default Amazon Seller Restriction..

Anyway, I sent Amazon two messages about how i was working on business cards and working with the supplier to create higher quality products.... etc. They both times replied saying thanks but no thanks, you need to do this, please reply how you will fix this.

"However, a review of your account indicates you have misclassified the condition of your Marketplace items.

All sellers are responsible for classifying their items in accordance with our Condition Guidelines. To view those guidelines, search on “Condition Guidelines” in seller Help.

Before we can consider reinstatement of your selling privileges, please provide us with a detailed account of what steps you will take to ensure your listings comply with our policies. "

What can i say to them to make them happy and give me my selling privileges back? The item I was selling i did write in the description how it was a very little different than the original....

What should I give them to get my account back?

Read what they told you to read.

Work out what they are looking for so you can supply it.

It's their game. You have to play by their rules.

If you persist with this you will not get your account back. If you list under an item it has to be identical. Amazon are strict on this when they know there is a difference and you have just kindly told them that there is.

Usually they would have given you a warning as well. I think you should have seen this coming =/

Also, if you put a bunch of items in "everything else" you may as well suspend yourself (not saying that you did, just a heads up)

amazon has strict rules. You must adhere to them

Go back to the drawing board and either get the original going or play their game and describe well. If you can't...perhaps other products must be considered
