Default Registering with a P.O. Box at Ebay & IP address

Before I buy the Stealth Book, I have two quick questions.

1) Would it tip off Ebay if I registered using a P.O. Box address? I have no family members or friends in the area where I can use a real address. Just wondering if it's still ok to just use a P.O. Box

2) If I set my computer back to factory settings (not restore) but erasing everything, will I get a new IP address when I get back on? Or do I physically have to go to exchange the modem for a new one?

I know the book goes into more detail, but I don't want to buy it and have it say that I shouldn't use a P.O. box to register at Ebay, which is why I am asking that up front. I know it was mentioned here I think we should use maybe the post office address and the box # under "Suite". So, I'm just checking.

Thanks

Just get a UPS box as it doesnt even show as a po box and will definitely not raise any flags.

Just get dialup instead of going through the whole process of changing ip address.

Buy the Stealth Book it got the info you need to open a account and keep it going and TO KEEP YOUR EBAY BIZ ALIVE.

I have account with dial-up, road runner, broadband and can switch them with user ID's and so far have no problems. Just have to not click anything until you are for sure you are doing the right thing on the right user and connection.

Just get netzero or any dialup remember it doesnt matter if it is slow atleast it will let you sell.
Just few of the things the ebook and this forum have taught me.
Remember the ebook holds the key to ebay selling
Glad I helped!
