To keep the account alive for a long time, follow the stealth method. Account could last for years that way

Best suggestion is to list slowly and build your operations slowly. eB.com can be done - hope it isn't a high risk item...a LOT depends on your risk analysis to eB

Then you are playing with fire - lot of discussions here about selling high risk items but (unless you wish to divulge what you sell and even then...) there arent going to be a lot of workable tactics to sell your high risk stuff

If it is high risk, then you need to be very very careful and very very slow in listing anything. May want to look into different product lines.

Then expect repeated issues with the life of your accounts.

It is not going to matter what country you use. You need to operate under ebay radar.

Learn that first.

Just because it doesn't display a selling limit does not mean a selling limit does not exist for the account.

It means you have maybe not listed enough items for the message to say there is a limit.

Buying items is a good way to build up a bid of feedback. Be careful with what you buy though, loads of £1 items can raise flags. Make lots of bids, buy a few things, and just act like you are generally new to Ebay

Listing 1 high risk item is still dangerous - hopefully it isn't...

Build feedback by browsing and buying real stuff not cheap ebooks and digital stuff.

Once you register on any eB platform, you can go on others and sell. To REGISTER an account on the platform, you need an address in that country and IP. Once registered, you can go on other eBs and sell there.

Seems like you are new to eB faisal...

You can list on any ebay platform. Expect international limits to hit you though.

Don't lie on the location of your item as well, it will hurt you.

Good luck.
