Activity: 0% Longevity: 64% | | Chargeback claim
Just got one charge back from 1 order more than a month ago. In the statement of the chargeback, buyer state that she/he return the item but didn't provide any tracking number for the return item. The buyer never contact me from the day she/he order, never request for return the item.
Can I win this case?
Thank you

No. Well, doubtful. It is up to the cardholders bank whether or not to allow the chargeback. They will usually side with their customers - huge surprise, I know.

No, Amazon can try to fight it, but in the end the issuing bank is the one making the decision. The customer may have a problem using Amazon in the future, though. You would think they would file an A-Z claim, or better yet, contact you first. That is what they are supposed to do.
Unfortunately, some people use the chargeback as their FIRST option. These are people who are afraid of a phone. They do not like ANY confrontational situation and avoid them at all costs. Chargebacks were meant as a final option, to be used only after all other avenues are exhausted - but these people abuse them.

Wow, that suck to hear. But if I got ripped from this person, I will go after her/him as long as the shipping address is real.

Stuff like this all you have to do it represent your case to amazon. If you followed the rules they usually eat the case.

Thank you | You can let amazon know there was no contact so you had no chance to assist the buyer. Be upfront with them
You have to let amazon know you would have done all in your power to please the buyer

I have had items returned in the past from buyers without having been told the item was being returned (all be it only 2 times in 5 or 6 years)

The inclusion or abscence of such a piece of info changes advice to be given, yes? |

I had a situatuion where the buyer purchased an item and stated on a chargeback that he didnt receive the item. I provided tracking to amazon and the bank sided with the buyer. Amazon sent me an email the next day stating that I was covered and I didn't have to reimburse.

I had only one A-Z claim and I won. But this is a chargeback case. Waiting to see what is the outcome. I already did what I can.
Thank you Quote:

talking about this, I'm not in the same situation as you. Chargeback on a delivered item now a month later buyer claims they never got it.
Submitted info to amazon and awaiting decision .

Just got 2 orders totaling 1550, from a scammer in FL. He tried to buy the items from 2 separate Amazon accounts. Always google the phone number and address :D! Some beautiful person reported them on some website and the scammer wasn't smart enough to change his phone number.
