Default ⊗⊗⊗⊗ negative feedback, best course of action?

Just received a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ negative...

Buyer claimed I requested them to cancel order and asked for their banking info and that the order was not received on time.

This is all complete nonsese. I was planning on requesting feedback removal via amazon's seller support but this is not a product review so before amazon comes back saying this does not meet the requirements for removal I want to make sure this is the best course of action?

thats the only way to get a negative removed. Sometimes it works sometime it doesnt.

This feedback appeal option is not permitted for this order. The buyer answered 'No' to one or more of the feedback questions listed above, indicating that there was a problem with the order. Please contact the buyerdirectly to address their concerns, and if you feel that you have done everything you can do to address the problem, you can politely ask if they would feel comfortable removing the negative feedback for this order

Just because they checked that box doesn't mean that you cannot appeal it, you just have to say it's for a different reason, then type in your full appeal message regarding the situation.

Tested it out with someone who just had similar issue with negative feedback - you have to appeal for different reason - hit and miss but best of luck
