Default Black Saturday, Paypal

I have 2 friends who have legitimate Paypal accounts, myself included. (By the way, theirs were limited too!) My REAL, VERIFIED, Paypal account got limited today as well as theirs. (Guessing because we send money to one another for various car parts). Verify? I can do that! I uploaded all the info they requested & received the below message. I called & they said the same thing. I have never had any problems with my 7 year account and I haven't used it for Ebay.

We have reviewed your PayPal Account and, due to the excessive risk
involved, we would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least
disruptive to your business.

Disbursement options
-----------------------------------

Option 1. If you owe refunds to any of your buyers, you can use the money
in your PayPal account to refund them. Click "Contact Us" at the bottom of
the page with the transaction details. We’ll send a refund on your behalf
using money from your PayPal balance.

Option 2. Money in your PayPal account will be held for 180 days. After 180
days, we'll email you information on how to receive your funds.

Please do not reply to this email. This mailbox is not monitored and you
will not receive a response. For assistance, log in to your PayPal account
and click the Help link in the top right corner of any PayPal page.

Sincerely,
PayPal Account Review

It is all about behavior with the account.

You may have been using your account as means to make payments to each other, but paypl sees it as "looks fishy".

And they won't have anything to do with questionable behavior.

PayPal has a "hair trigger" when it comes to eliminating potential risk. So, even if you were doing nothing wrong, you fit the profile of what they were looking for and suffered their wrath. That is simply how they work. To limit risk, they feel it is OK to shut down 10 innocent people if it means they also got the 5 crooks in the same sweep.

@littlelovemuffin, sad to see your situation. But without a question, that line by PP:

We have reviewed your PayPal Account and, due to the excessive risk
involved, we would like to begin parting ways in a manner that is least
disruptive to your business.

Pretty much means that you are done. Maybe worth a call to push back but start learning stealth
