Yes, it does matter. It also matters how much you take in and how fast. Sometimes you can take in thousands and thousands of dollars, and be limited when you withdraw as little as 100 bucks.

I would pay closer attention to transaction volume.

I always leave some money in my account to make paypal think I'm covered in the event of a chargeback. Most of my paypals have around 200 dollars in them at any given time. I leave it in there as sort of a self made reserve.

YES it matters!
You should first withdraw slowly, somewhere under $400 then as the account ages you can withdraw higher amounts. Don't assume because your fully verified that PayPal won't pull the plug on you.

Matters a lot. Your account must 'appear' to paypal to be secure.

You would be circumspect with your withdrawal amounts as you allow the account to age.

Don't worry about another account

Make sure your own will be able to take the pressures for the first withdrawals.

Make sure you leave enough of a balance for refunds and fees. Avoid having a high balance and withdrawing a lot of money.

Go slowly

Same principles.

Show paypal you are 'nice' and they will treat you the same.

Some of my best accounts are off ebay transactions ( by choice). paypal and I get along OK.

Learn to deal with them and you should be OK.

Good Luck

Initial withdrawals should go slowly - dont aim for 400-500 right away - a lot depends on how much you have coming in. I always aim to have 3-4x average sale sitting in PP.

Dont try to withdraw too quickly either. Hope you arent selling high-risk items (even outside of eB) - that makes a difference too.

Best of luck with your decision and path selected

Almost everyday. I am not sure how old my PayPal account but it isn't fresh, that's for sure.

Every Paypal account is different, I never had a problem I always leave my fees and one refund in there my items average $60. Just keep patterns the same and I always withdrawl from my main computer with cookies.

Problems arrise when u break patterns. As long as ur running like a legit business and keep patterns the same I find u wont have problems.

A legit business will always leave funds for fees and possible return. A scammer may just drain the account as soon as payment received

Do you wait from the first time your verified any amount of time. I have had my account for a long time but just verified with bank today. Thought id wait 24 hours and then do maybe 300 or 200 or something.

In a case like this PayPal may react to activty

Keep that in mind. I would not withdraw an amount higher than $200

I am conservative however

Letting the cash marinade for a few days is good advice.

Avoid such a transaction.

You are going to link accounts. This could backfire.

Please be careful
