Active (with Quality alert)

Hi Everyone,

Came across this on two of my items on my inventory page on my seller account on AZ UK under the status column (Active [with quality alert]). I've never seen it before? Is this a internal red flag by AZ or is it because a buyer has reported it or what?

I'm worried it might cause another suspension so not sure to stop selling it and remove it now on AZ or if this indeed will actually be worst as it could raise more suspicions).

Much needed help and advice welcomed.

It is not so serious. It (usually) means info may be missing in parts of your listing. You should be able to add that info. (After you work out its specifics).

Is this a fairly new account?

Yup fairly new account. To be honest I was busy increasing some new lines the weekend and in the case of the two lines with the quality alert, I did just copy the ASIN from a buyer of the items I have, I noticed he is now no longer selling them so whether he was selling dodgy versions of what I'm selling and was removed and now I've been flagged in that case...I'm not sure. Perhaps it was his listing he created and he didn't complete all the necessary infos?

The items are going like wildfire on my eBay accounts and feedback has been really positive on them.

My expertise is more ebay than AZ, only started AZ in Sept last year and was block in Jan this year thanks to AZ being total "youknowwhats" but its good to know its not so serious.

Last thing I want is to get suspended again. I want to remain squeaky clean to AZ as much as possible, (even though last time I was), I'm being much more cautious and not letting anything to chance.

Internal red flag by Az - if you get too many complaints or bad feedback, it will compromise the account. I would not recommend that you keep them active for safety of your account.
