Got MC011, but still able to sell

I got MC011 last Friday. Today, I tried to sell, I found out that I can still list the items.

What's happen?

I get this message each time log in my eBay account:

We've noticed some activity on your account, and we need your help in verifying some information. We're sorry for this inconvenience, but while we're working things out with you, you'll have limited access to list new items on eBay.

Please proceed to your my eBay and follow the steps outlined in the email we sent you. Thanks for your attention to this matter!

My history is:

My paypal account has been limited permanently. But my eBay account was good.

Last friday, eBay sent me a MC011, demand me to resolve the appeal with paypal. I explained to eBay that the decision of Paypal is final, etc. No answer yet.

My question is :

May I continue to list the items or not?

Are you sure you can sell? Usually when you hit the "Review your auction" page - a yellow box will show up....then if you try again, the box will be RED stating that you cant sell.

I click ''SELL'', and list the item, I can choose ''catogory'' and go to ''list the item page'', every bottom is active. So I think that I can sell.

But I don't want to list completely, because I am still waiting for the answer of eBay about MC011.

Do you think there is any chance to reinstate my eBay account in this case?

Then you havent got to the "Review your Auction" page...I doubt you would be able to sell even though you think so - I have seen this, had this, and have had people reprot experiences.

So eB gave you a mc011 to resolve issue with PP? What's the issue with PP? Have you paid off your eB dues?

The issue with PP is the case opened for permanently limitation. Can't appeal any more. I think that PP reported to eBay, so eBay asked me to resolve the problem with PP. How can I resolve the permanently limitation with PP. The case is over.

I paid the eB dues.

You only know if you can really sell when you complete the listing. If it lets you complete the listing and make the listing active, then that is very strange. But I imagine that when you try to complete the listing you will get the angry eBay red text.

I paid the eB dues.

It sounds as though your eBay account is dead in the water. You can try talking with eBay and explain that you cannot resolve the PayPal issue, but generally you will get nowhere. Better to move on and get stealthing.

You have to complete the listing... and if you do there is a chance you will get that red box.

Be careful of what you do.

I wonder what got your PP account limited? It doesn't make a lot sense if eBay suspended your account because your PP is gone. Since, you can just simply tell them you are going with other payment processor.

It usually means both paypal & ebay are not that impressed with whatever business plan was being used.

It's time to regroup for the OP and look to starting all over again.

Most likely you won't get the listing completed and if u go to your seller dashboard it may say that ur selling is restricted , but yea everything is normal until u try and complete the listing and it tells u ur restricted
