Ebay Suspended but Paypal still active, help!

My case is probably most weird, I work for a small company, my boss was placed in Terminated Merchant File, as a result his Paypal was suspended, but his Ebay was OK, as I was not too familiar with eBay and Paypal, I replaced his Paypal with my friends Paypal. After some time, I called eBay to lift my selling limits, but it was disastrous, they said we had no licences for t shirts, we were selling. and closed his Ebay, as the result they closed my Ebay too, and the next day Paypal limited my friends accounts. Only thing left from those two companies that's not still suspended is my Paypal (I was not using it bc I have not SSN yet).
my ebay was suspended a year ago, because I entered billing address several times incorrectly, a week ago I created new ebay on my name but as I linked it with paypal they see my names and suspended account immediately. How can I create new Ebay on my name, and can I use my paypal? name in my paypal is blacklisted by ebay, so if I do not link my paypal with ebay will they detect my name?

You have some reading to understand how to get back on via stealth method. One hint: everything MUST be new.

Your old pp should not be used with new eB - link will kill you.

os if I don't link my Paypal will they still be able check my name on PP?

You should not even think of USING a pp with this eB - doesnt matter if you actively "link" or not....they can do an easy crosslink to the old PP (if I follow your question properly)

@Paata01, look at posts by jeffweico and others about business registration and use on Eb.

I would not use that paypal on another account. It will be linked and then suspended
