Negative balance on Amazon account when suspended

Do Amazon actively try to recover this with court action etc?

Anyone got any experience?

No Amazon will never charge your bank account or try court action to recover owed money

All they will do is continually attempt to charge the card that you have on file ... if they can't (or you don't have any money on that card), they will just email you saying that you have insufficient funds to cover their charge, and ask you to update the card on file ... but if you never do, they won't do anything about it.

Exactly - expect e-mail messages saying we need an updated cc on file - have had an account experience similar issue.

Usually they go to the credit card on file.

Court action is for the baddies.

There is no need to talk of that here.
