Default Really need help for MC999!!!!

Today My listing was removed by MC999...The item I am already sold it...It was removed from my sold list too. The lucky thing is I forgot go to USPS office drop off yesterday. But I am already print out the shipping label and the package is ready to ship.. I just check paypal, The funds still in my paypal account.

My question is If I ship out those Item,Do I be able to get the funds? Or just send the buyer refund. Any better way suggest?

Thank you guys for answer my questions.

Yes, you do get to keep the funds if you go through with the transaction. Ebay and PP operate independently here. The listing was taken down by EB, but PP still received the funds from your buyer and considers it a binding transaction.

You can choose to either...
1. ship the item out. you will be allowed to keep the funds. the buyer can still file a pp claim.
2. cancel the transaction and refund the buyer, keep the item, and hope buyer doesn't leave a neg feedback.

Just be aware that whatever option you choose, the buyer will also receive a message also from ebay indicating the purchase they recently paid for was removed.

They may contact you about this inquiring what happened to their purchase, b/c in their mind they paid for an item and are expecting it to be delivered.

So My item list is still showing in Buyer purchase list right? Sounds like the better way is I just keep ship out the item and I will be get the funds. If I send the refund to buyer,The buyer still able to leave me a neg feedback right?
The buyer will also receive a message also from ebay indicating the purchase they recently paid for was removed, Are they can just contact ebay or open a case asking for refund with out my approve?

Hold off on shipping , ebay may have sent the buyer an email saying the listing was removed even though they paid for it, and I bet you will receive a message from the buyer asking for their money back. I'd wait another day because u will ship it out the buyer who paid will receive an email from ebay saying the listing was removed and it will be hard to convince the buyer u sent the package even if u give the tracking number, trust me this happened to me on my original account. Such a d@@k move by ebay sending these emails after u shipped the item

In this situation I would still ship the item as the eBay account is easily rescued.

Make sure you get tracking anda signiture though, just incase.

IF the item is not viewable in your sold listings, it is most likely not viewable on the buyer's purchase side either.

Buyer wouldn't be able to leave feedback b/c the listing is not searchable anymore on eBay. It is not viewable on either side, so they would not be able to leave fb. They also cannot open an ebay case.

They will get an email from ebay stating the item they purchased was removed. They can however, file a PP claim.

Well yes, obviously. The item will be returned and the funds will be returned back to the customer (just like any other return). You only lose out your cost of shipping to buyer. The PP fees would be refunded to you once the PP claim is closed (the ebay fees were already automatically refunded once the MC999 was slapped) You can check your ebay invoice if you're uncertain.

My point was, just b/c the listing was removed by eBay and they can't leave neg feedback, doesn't mean the buyer lost the ability to return the item. They are still protected under PP's Buyer Protection Policy. I thank that is 45 or 60 days after purchase. Might have to check PP's site to be certain.

Also when I print the shipping label on ebay I had send buyer a message that said the package have being shipped out...So the buyer should be know the item already shipped....
So the better way for me is just send the item out right?

Just call eBay. I got MC999 on 5 of my stealths in the past 2 days and I just called ebay from a google voice number thats doesnt have a attached number then they either ask to call the # on file or just ask you a few questions. One lady even looked at my listings and was impressed on how clear my pictures were and then she removed the restrictions.

Was the mc999 a account restriction or a suspension? If its a restriction for a verification call then it could easily be fixed. I would still ship it and notify your buyer via email about the tracking info. Jut remember not all buyers are out to scam you.

Hi

You should also figure out what triggered the MC999. In what category did you sell?

J.
