If it is a communal internet, then no its not. Basic principle, you want to be in control of the IP and access to that IP

Same theory as visiting a library, coffee shop, or any shared wifi network. You don't know who else was accessing that public IP. Anything that is available to the public should be avoided.

Any public wifi has a chance of being overused by people and causing you IP link problems. Avoid - use your cellphone to tether at least or dongle. Fundamental principle of stealth Hockey12

You would sensibly not have listings to deal with while on vacation

You would sensibly reduce chances of issues with matters that could harm your account

And there is your problem.....

Avoid using a strange IP. Avoid that for PayPal too

Forget linking being an issue... try to even get a page to load using cruise ship internet.

Last time I tried it cost me $20 to get the login page of gmail to load lol

Cruise ship internet is super expensive. I wouldn't touch it unless it is an emergency.

And seriously, enjoy your vacation and cut off your laptop!

I agree, cruise ships internet is very expensive, too slow and you are not in control of anything.

Try to avoid it even if you got the money... you will risk your business.
Have fun & enjoy your vacation

From now on, I am just going to advise you to do exactly opposite of ste/alth so you stop cluttering this forum.

Please use cruise ship internet for every account you have. Your sales will increase 100-fold. I promise. Do not delay in this matter.

Does not often seem to read any of the replies to his threads. Often asks the same question over and over. Very strange indeed.

Recap for Hockey12

Avoid at all costs using the ship's internet.

Too risky
Too expensive
Prepare your account to cope with being on vacation.

No reruns of the questions.

This is dangerous and will harm your account.
