Default lowest your dsr's can go?

I'be looked all over the net but can find no definitive answer.

Some sites say they should be no lower than 4.6. ( for a normal seller, not a business.) Yet others say it should be be constantly around 4.9?

I know of a seller with 4.8's across the board except dispatch time which is 4.0?

Any info would be much appreciated.

It isnt necessarily an overall low score that will kill an account. More to do with the number and % of low scores (1s & 2s).

All accounts are different. There really isnt a one rule fits all when it comes to DSRs.

All accounts are different, but I would try to keep them in the high 4's at the very least, aiming for around 4.7 as the lowest average score.

If your DSR continuously low (and I mean 4.5 and under) you may run into trouble eventually with eBay.

The inherent danger is not how low will they go.

It is what ebay will perceive and how they will react.

Whilst there may be a base-line, once the account gets to it, it may be impossible to retrieve the account & have it stay working.

Therefore I think it is brighter to work on a higher level of DSRs to give yourself some protection.

Pay attention to what both Ebayorbust & JamesNorth posted.

Variables within ebay make it hard to determine a definitive response.

Be careful of your operations.
Good Luck

Dude I just do NOT get you,,,ALL the links to anwser your questions are right there in YOUR EBAY SELLER DASHBOARD,,just READ (or is that too difficult??) Why do you want to come here and try to get someone to do YOUR WORK for you???

Once you READ the information then you will be able to understand EXACTLY what does and does NOT apply to YOUR account,,,and know if your DSR's are good or not,,,and frankly, if your are concerned about this,,, then maybe you should RE-EVALUATE your products and/or business practices,,,someone here can NEVER give you an accurate anwser,,

Yea, there is not set amount. I agree with the one of the other members the number of 1 and 2 DSRs buyers leave with hurt you more than the percentage. Especially if it is in the Item as Described category.
