 Re-using Pre-paid credit card?
I have found 2 old pre-paid mastercards that still have balance in them. They actually expire in a month. Yes They were really old cards. I would say i bought them 2-3 yrs ago. lol.
The balance on these cards are between $2-$5 so I am thinking why not use them to create another eBay Stealth account.
The problem is that because they are old cards. The card history has been wiped. When i try to check the history. It would only tell me the balance and it will say "no previous transactions"
so i don't know if i have used these cards on ebay/paypal before. I normally would not re-use anything including card numbers.
I am wondering is it ok to re-use the same card number on ebay? would it be ok if the Name/address/ip etc is all different but the card number just the same? Are card numbers stored on ebay? would it link it to an old ebay account?
