So my first stealth account is gone!

My mistake I guess was I did not have a credit card on file and I tried sending 40% of my balance to my main account.

I need to provide credit card verification.

They'll send me small amount so I can verify the VCC .

now since I did not have a VCC can anyone guide me to get me out of this mess.

I have quite a lot of money in that account.

What exactly is the message PP has sent to you? Confirm location is possible with a gift CC from Canada...

'To confirm you are the credit card owner, we'll charge a small amount to your credit card. After you confirm the amount, we'll credit your PayPal account for the amount charged.'

I have to add a cc on file and confirm it with the deposits they send me.

You have access to Entropay? Or perhaps get someone you know to get you a Canadian gift credit card.

Have read about Entropay leading to PP account suspensions within 1-week on Paypal.

That's your problem.. you don't want to do this.. 'Account Linking' rules are relaxed here and they can get you easily..

Next time don't do that.. open a new bank account and go from there..

40% is a high amount for sending to another pp - should have done bank withdrawal true - are both accounts affected?

Just the Stealth is affected.

We arent here to help by being "nice"...the truth is best stated....GB is wise about this and offers the proper analysis to a high percentage on what could happen.

None of us want trouble for your (or other people's) accounts but the statement is valid: you should be aware of that.
