Default So far great 1st for my Ebay Stealths

I just logged in two of my accounts both of which Paypal holds have been lifted but ebay limits remained 10/1000

The one account now 100/10000

And the other which was 7 months old and I been pushing so hard on this one and each month no raises even though Paypal holds were lifted 4 months ago.
Well finally it's at 50/5000, not huge jump but just happy to get this one going it was made with the first group of stealths I ever made.

Anyone else get raises today??

Interesting, so it's 1st of the month they do raises? I suspect it might just be random for you though. Congrats on that lift, looks like you have 2 more strong accounts going.

There's no set days I had raises on 3 accounts last month , as I was selling to the limits on those accounts in July they all raised. I'd log out with the red 0 left to list and came back 2 with 50items and one rose to 20

These two accounts also sold to the limits in July 10 items each and didnt get the instant raises but got them today.

I have got plenty of raises across several accounts in the last two weeks. Accounts I barely started selling early july and did not sell to the limit.

I often have to call on my new stealths to verify identity b/c the information provided is nowhere in their system. I just need to answer a couple of basic questions regarding my account and I pass easily. At the end of the convo, I always ask to raise my limits.

One account got bumped 100/$5000 without selling a single product! Lately that has been my only method of raising them.

Mine go up in less than a month every time. Why? Because ebay is gearing up for the holiday shopping season and they need lots of sellers selling lots of stuff to attract more buyers and further stuff there coffers with seller fee's and such.

Many of us have seen unusual raises all year this year.

Congrats on your hard work and your accomplishments so far.

Keep up the good work!

I have been surprised and happy about the limits increase.

Another uk account got a boost to 130/3800 after first sale. Started selling a couple of days before.

Good times Good times

This tells me that their crack down on fraud has been too harsh and has lead to lower profit for eBay. When you suspend good sellers randomly, you lose.

I agree. They hired a team of outside consultants months ago and since then they have been handing out raises and not being so dirty with good sellers as they have in the past.

Maybe they learned something and finally woke up. Well, then again its ebay tomorrow is a new day.

For the average internet user, eBay message is confusing and listing is complicated.

You get emails telling to sell your unwanted electronics for example with no fee listings for 1 week.

That sounds good right?

Once you put you post your listing you get slapped with a mc999. If you don't call within 48h, you get banned for life from selling.

If you call, they first ask you who is your supplier.

Great first bad impression overall.

If you survive your first sale, you may get excited and start selling stuff from around the house... But with a 10 item limit a month for 90 days that is not exciting.

If you sell little timmy's iphone, your first month, you will get a vero suspention most likely. Can't find the receipt for the phone you bought 2 years ago? Too bad. You are banned for life.

Out of the 1000 new individual sellers they get from marketing, they probably banned for life half with their tight rules. 450 just gave up eBay passed the first item. 40 of the 50 remaining will get suspended in the next 2 months. 8 of the 10 remaining are stealthers and 2 will become pro sellers.

Part of ebay growth plan is to increase users this year. Some genius as Sandy mentioned realized that spending money to get new sellers to ban later is a bad long term business model.

J.
