Default 2 years seller accounts problem

I have a stealth account stopped use like almost 2 years.
some reason I havent use because I havent refund to the buyer and ebay keep send me the invoice to refund the money.
anyway these 2 days i want to use this account again(because my main stealth account got stopped selling.)

Im thinking to refund $236usd to ebay and start selling again ?
(but i did sth wrong step. I called them ask them my account can't list the items. The staff help me and I can list it again.)

anyone can tell me I pay the $236 back to ebay or I open a new account to sell ?

P.S: this account i have 5 feedback and around 2 years

thanks

Strictly my opinion.....

Pay the money back...good business...

Then forget about the account.

Go forward with Stealth.

May take more than 10 minutes for the question to be answered.

Personally I agree with AuctionsDenied. Pay back the money, but don't count on being able to use that account.

Well, why aren't refunding the money to the buyer? Did you not receive the item back? Or do you expect to keep the item + the money?

This is bad business practice. It doesn't matter if you create a new stealth account and continue to operate like this, you will encounter the same problem if you use the same fundamental principles.

Explore your business module and possibly change the way you communicate to buyers regarding refunds.

@futurexyzz - so your eB isnt limited or suspended yet? you could still survive by paying the dues then.

Just the chance you have to take. Some pay and it works out well and some pay and soon after paying it goes down.

For 236.00 and a 2 year old account I would take the chance.

Only issue is only 5 feedback on a 2 year old account.

Talking

If you call and tell them the item was never returned and you sent messages through ebay requesting the return then ebay has to make buyer provide proof of return to enforce a refund.

something isn't right with your story.

pretty sure your not from Canada either.

Always worth making stealth backup accounts so you dont rely on one eb/pp combo OP.

Worth keeping in mind is your other thread:

Seems like you do have something going on with authenticity too...
