It does get annoying I admit. Probably the lower the priced items you have the more likely you are to run into this.

Just keep filing the NPB reports and closing them. That is all you can really do.

Few years ago I actually had a buyer I think he would get drunk at night buy like 8 items from different sellers. Never pay, lose his account. Then create a new one and buy all kinds of stuff again and never pay. Always had the same Address when he purchased. Always asked me the same stupid questions. It was ridiculous. I swear this went on for half a year. It was so bad most of eBay IDs had 5-10 Positive Feedback's obviously because that is all you can leave but saying to AVOID this guy.

If I catch a buyer with low feedback bidding I usually block them and most of the time I catch it early so when their outbid they try to bid again they can't

Wish I could set preferences to 50 positives and up, under that are always problem buyers that don't understand ebay or could be competition

Yea, it really depends on what you are selling. For the most part I think because of the price of most the items I sell. I do run into problems with 0-10 feedback with some buyers. That is about 80% of my NPB.

I mean NPB is a hassle. I don't mind so much on Fixed Price items I have multiple QTY on. But the Auctions I run for 7 days then having somebody flake out on you. Really is a bummer especially going the the process of recouping the fees and deciding if too much time has passed to do a 2nd Chance offer etc, or more time re-listing the auction to sell.

It would be nice if on the Feedback profile or options you could see or limit the number of NPB cases the buyer had.

Yea, it does depend on what you sell. I know for some reason a while back they forced you to link you PayPal and your eBay so I stopped do that. As I didn't want to because of stealth. But if I remember correctly that was when a downed eBay didn't 100% link you to the PayPal unless you had personally linked them.

I will have to look more into that. Not sure how that is treated now.

Once u place that email address for payment in your listing than you are already linked together

Link your accounts because its just another reason to draw attention to ur accounts

And they are linked already

This phenomenon still exists - lots to read on the forums. Block their names and move on - it`s annoying but can be beaten.

Best of luck

When i set up the auction i put in the buyer paramiters and they still let 0 feedback bidders bid . i have spoken with them the answer is if we dont let them start bidding they will never get started.

i just had a 150.00 sale this morning from a 0 feedback from the middle east , years ago a non bidding payer was a very bad thing . now it is the norm . and what about when u sell at a decent price and 3 weeks later the item drops in price ,

this is not good ( ebay needs to know wtihout sellers they wont need buyers ) just my 2 cents

You can block overseas shipping or exclude certain countries.

Did you know that? Check that out to cover yourself.

Good Luck

For major sales, advise to monitor toward the end of the auctions - if you can...that way you can remove crap bidders - just one approach to dealing with loser bidders.

Could be your competitors trying to bring your sales down....do you have a lot of competition in your niche market? Something worth thinking about...
