Default 4 seller account are suspended almost at the same time. End of the world?

"Your eBay account has been suspended because recent account activity has raised security concerns. We've taken this precaution to protect our members while we make sure that the activity doesn't cause harm--even unintentionally--to the eBay community.

Unfortunately, you won't be able to use eBay in any way. This includes using another existing account or registering a new account. "

Today, called EB and upload the ID documents they requested for my the most important account.

And will ask my partner do the same thing to save another account.

Question is can we save 4 of linked accounts, OR 2 is maximum ?

Will depend on ebay.

What was the actual notice?

If you tell more, we can discuss further.

Sounds like you made your accounts with some info the same?

Did you meant to do this and how long ago was this done?

What were you trying to do. I hope you were not trying to get around selling limits?

Yeah, they all using the same IP address.
But with different other info

2 of them are under my name & Nick name.

2 of them are under my partner's.

Stupid myself. I should separate them with different IP earlier, since I knew that 2 of my account were linked when I called EB to raise my seller limits 3 months ago they already mentioned to me about it.

But the staff said 2 of the accounts should be banned from the system, but it didn't. After that, he told me to focus on the account I refer.

It seems everything was fine at that time, so I thought it may be fine to have multi accounts with same IP.

It is not wise to ever do this.

Now you have the results.

ebay may not restore the accounts.

Not quite sure which particular reason cause this, 2 days before suspended I ask my partner to call eBay request increase seller limits and remove the only 1 negative feedback from the account under her info, and was both successful. But the staff asked a lot of questions about what item selling, local supplier or international, etc.

According to my main account, I requested increase seller limits every month & quite successful over 5 times already.

yeah, but have to give a shot.

3000 selling limits for my main account. I don't want to give up & re-start until I try everything to save that account.

I do not disagree.

But I must tell you if you push ebay too far, they will suspend any account.

They already warned you about having more than one account.

Since you kept on talking to them, you kept on reminding them.

Now you get an agent who decides to suspend you.

ebay has rules.

@OP, good luck on the pushback but it looks like a tough uphill climbs. eB doesnt like to be push a lot ESPECIALLY with people trying to get multiple accounts through the system.

You should still learn stealth right away and make backup accounts
