buyer issue

I have a buyer issue. BUyer buys items and pays. then sends an email and says his address is wrong in paypal its actually this other address but not to worry they are both paypal verified.
I've emailed them 2x asking them to change their address in paypal with no response.

Not comfortable shipping to a different address. If return money and a cancel transaction, can the buyer still zing me with feedback?

do you ship to no paypal addresses?

Yes they can obviously still sting you with a negative.

I make a point in not shipping to a different address as it clearly states that you have no seller protection if you ship to another address. So you should write this in your description to cover yourself next time.

I would email them again and inform them that if they do not respond to this email within a certain time frame, you will be sending it to the current address on ebay/paypal.

However if they have already paid, there is no way for them to change there current address to a new one on your order.

Personally either way, i would send the item with tracking.

Either way with this you risk receiving a negative.
If you chose to send it the buyer they could claim non receipt, and you risk losing the money as well.

But choosing not to send it is a guaranteed negative.
