I must confess my actions depend on the monetary value

Assassination works nicely

I've mostly refunded half the price of the item which usually is my profit portion so as long as I don't loose money I am fine. This Year I've only had to refund 1 person.

Default The question is always, always, always...

is it worth loosing all the work and future potential to chance loosing the account? I say it's not worth me loosing my account for an item I sell for $130 which is the average one of my items cost. Maybe a person says oh it's only 1 negative FB so what? Then out of the blue here comes #2 neg. FB. Now maybe that breaks the bank so to say on a new account with low number of FB that could be a bad situation. The other thing is some customers will either lie and not leave neg. FB or they are just not interested in a monetary offer of customer service. FYI, last week I had to give up a $100 item to satisfy a real dope.

I always give refund and let them keep the item, it happens 1 or 2 times out of every 100 I sell and I know some are just looking for a free item because they go from giving a negative and end of the world upset to happy and a nice positive as soon as they get the refund and the item but no big deal, it's a cost of doing business
