Drop in sales/Views after being Top Rated?

So I just got top rated last month on the 20th, but I had hit my dollar limit within the first week of that month so could not list after the 20th. But come to the first week of this month my sales are really slow. Anyone else notice slow sales after becoming top rated?

For me sales are very very slow. Almost dead.
