Legally or Not--to reopen my ⊗⊗⊗⊗ suspended account

My first ebay account(on ebay Australia) was suspended because of VERO 6 months ago. And, later, I bought aspkin's book and read all through. I followed his rule and created a ⊗⊗⊗⊗d new ebay account(also ebay Austalia) last month and started selling again but very slowly. There are no VERO items any more. Yesterday, my new ⊗⊗⊗⊗d account was suspended again. It's NOT because of VERO, NOR because of linked to my previous suspended account, But because of ebay need to verify My contact information to decide whether my account can be reinstated.

Ebay listed a number of documents asking me to provide them for reviewing. If I am to try to appeal for reinstatement, that means I have to falsify a lot of ⊗⊗⊗⊗ goverment issued documents such as my Driver's licence, my medicare card copy, utility bills etc. I am very afraid that the falsification would be much illegal.

Could any one give me some advice on my issue. thanks!

For your security, all of the documents you submit will be destroyed
after your appeal has been reviewed.>>

There are ways to open new eBay accounts with legit information. The next eBook update I'll add details of this into it. I just figured people starting up again wouldn't do things correctly and get shut down easy, so using ⊗⊗⊗⊗ signup information is easier to lose then a lot of legit information that cost money. Is it illegal to falsify documents? Yes. Does eBay verify documents are real? No.
