Withdrawing money from Paypal account immediately after money is released from review

I received a payment over 24 hours ago, and it was under review because the buyer had a new Paypal account. It was released to me about 3 hours ago, is it okay to withdraw?

If you have a well established Paypal...I would say it's safe to withdraw but on a personal note....I would wait maybe 1-2 days just to be safe.

Ask yourself can you afford the hassle should funds be held???

Depends on the amount, the average transaction value on the PP account, the age of the account.

If its an old account, and not over a few hundred then it should be fine, but I will still give it 24/48 hours.
