What exactly is the point of keeping a stellar pp account if you can't ever use it? Better yet, when would you use it? I have a now useless top customer business pp account. Yeah for me.

That paypal account can be used off ebay.

Risk of using it on ebay is you will link new stealth accounts.

You can use PP for things other than EB.

Yes but 1) should not be used with eB and 2) should not be transferring funds from other pp to this account (link can occur).
