Unhappy mc9999

Hello xxxxxx,
After reviewing your eBay account, it appears that you have violated eBay's Replica Coins policy. We realize you may not have been aware of this policy, or that this may have been a simple oversight, but unfortunately, we had to take the following actions:
- Violating listings have been removed. A list of removed items is available further down in this email.
- We have credited any associated fees to your account.

Replica coins are not allowed on eBay.

The thing is that the coins are not ⊗⊗⊗⊗, i just buy wholesale silver which is why i can sell them cheaper than the comp and still make profit? do i call ebay?
or what should i do? I dont want to risk another mc999 and lose the account!!!

Most likely a competitor with more leverage notified them that you were selling foo-foo's even if it's not true.

Presume your account is Stealth? If so...you need to make sure you know "EXACTLY" what to answer or have all info handy.

You must contact eB and get clearance before attempting to relist ANY of this stuff - next e-mail may not be so polite if you re-attempt...

Ya I've always have to deal with people reporting my items for the same reason. It gets annoying at times.

You only think you can sell them cheaper.

This is a niche where the other sellers will try to take you down before breakfast.

They have a good success rate of this too.

Competition may also be buying wholesale, but if they see their margins going down, due to someone underpricing them, then for them it may be time to play dirty.

Make the call and make sure you have all your ducks in a row. Your information and they may ask you for invoices from your suppliers. If you are ready then do it.

I don't think he/she appreciates the competition, and i haven't brought out the big guns yet
I keep getting tons of repeat customers and my feed back is flawless. I hope this means something... I'm still concerned!!!

Ok so today some more Items were removed even after they had sold so i was fed up and I called Ebay Today and explained how I acquire my items and offered to send receipts before they even asked for them and they said not to worry about it. They told me that some people were not happy with my listings and were reported. I was told That i was welcomed to re-list all my items.......so I have covered my bases and I am ready for war..... sep will be the beginning of a campaign to make a name for my self hopefully!!!

Ok - nice news but SLOWLY get back into selling...never think for a moment that you are completely immune...

Good to spread sales over several accounts to avoid targetted competition too

I'd be careful with those "Oh yeah you're ok to relist" I've read so many posts like this one on this forum for the time I've been here. Usually it gets followed by something like this " Well I went and relisted because eB told me so but then they took my listings down again and now suspended me!" eB is strongly against replicas of any kind. Even if it is something legit. Plus a lot of UNeducated people that surf eB think "⊗⊗⊗⊗" whenever they see the word replica in the listing and will keep on reporting you just on those bases. You might want to rethink your selling strategy.
Starting a war with a competitor won't get you anywhere. First you don't know for sure and second if you start a war you 2 will just destroy each other as it is 2 sided sword. But then there will be more business for us once 2 of are gone, so why am I trying to talk you out of this??? Start the war!!! Unleash the beasts
