You have to sign up then they send it to your email address instantly

other people tell me they got it instantly. I got only 1 e-mail from real player. is it supposed to be in that e-mail or do you get a second e-mail as well? I have e-mailed the super administator and the owner and have gotten no reply back yet. I am getting very frustrated.
