Do you have balance stuck in PP for these return claims?

Not much you can do - just because eB was suspended, you can still fight the cases....no? Or was your account deleted?

no I closed my pp, I have no accounts connected to that account now, I have very limited access I can look at emails but nothing else, can't respond or anything ,no they keep sending emails saying they cant get the funds from my original paypal account ,the account says no longer a registered user ,they will probably put one of their collection agencies on it eventually, but I hear they are a bit **** and its best to ignore them as they don't want to incur court costs, they just send threats

You got your account suspended for buying a good and then not paying for it? Not going to get much sympathy I am afraid.

Seems like a good time to maybe give eBay and tell them any tracking details you have for the items you sold.

If this is a non stealth details, they will come after you for it all.

If this account is in your real name and address, they will come after you. It wont be dropped after a few nasty letters.

Be prepared for this if you decide not to pay up.

Good luck whatever you decide to do.

Like Ebayorbust said, be careful if this is your real account. I would just pay up so you dont get in any type of trouble. It's a different ball game if this was a stealth account. Just remember not to do this next time when dealing with eBay customers, or sellers! You have to sometimes eat your words to make sure you have a successful business!

Whistle Dixie for help here if you want to be a jackass

eBay has rules

Break them

They punish their users.

By mishandling one situation, you made others worse.

Have a think about that.
