I got the same message / limit today. Upload all my tracking information...... Not sure why??

Best tip would to be upload tracking info like EB asks

This would seem fairly easy to get past. Just give them the tracking information. If tracking was not used, then you will have to show them the positive feedbacks.

FYI, tracking is ALWAYS advised.

ebay checks on delivery of items by asking for tracking.

Different reasons mean they do this.

If your account is new, or the item high cost/high risk, it can be flagged with these.

Supply the info and you should be good to go.

Tracking should clear it - hopefully not high risk items you are selling (and I am not implying this)
