Thank you for the advice. I did clean up cookies and change the IP yesterday evening and logged into my unsuspended account to put in on vacation mode. At this moment, that account is still safe (unsuspended). I will never log into that account from my home computers until everything is fixed.
Before that I logged into one last time to my suspended ID to print reinstatement form.
Today, I faxed the reinstatement form with driver’s license, credit card statement and car insurance statement (with all important information blacked out but my name and address clearly showing).
I don’t sell high risk, expensive items from neither of IDs. The suspended account only sells pinback buttons ($5~$15), and unsuspended account sells stickers, stationery, and small accessories ($3~$10).
Do I have chance at reinstating my suspended account? I still don’t understand why my listings were ‘item is significantly misrepresented” for every single button items.
