eBay Business Accounts with high initial limits

In China, companies can register for business accounts with high initial limits (1000/$5000+), need site visits, documents verifications, etc.

Anyone know if this exist for USA or other countries as well?

I go through the forum and can only find posts talking about upgrading personal account to business account, which is just changing the status of the account and not the same thing.

Need site visits? News to me...I mean it makes sense but who gets sent from eBay?

This exist in China long ago, they will send their staff to sites if required, they have office in China.

I recently partnered with a factory and they made 2 accounts (1000 items each) with 0 feedback to start with.

So just wondering if this exist in other countries as well. I know that some Italian business accounts have no selling limit.

Havent seen this for eb Canada that's for sure personally and nothing reported to me.
