Do IBANs work with US-Based PP accounts?

I am wondering if a European-bank issued IBAN (international bank account number) will work to withdraw funds from a US PP account.

No. Must be Routing/Account Numbers.

You can only add USA Bank with account number and routing number to any other paypal account,

Must have routing number for bank and transit number - US is universal apparently but not vice-versa

IBANs are peculiar to European banking really.

USA system goes into meltdown if you ever try using those numbers....

Trying to use an IBAN was something I tried too.

I asked about IBAN, SWIFT.... time of day, type of moon. You know all those silly questions that are not relevant.

Sighs..... IBAN does not work.
