Default Question about paypal reversal payments.

One of my buyers account became limited. This account was stealth but on a real address.

Anyway. Sent docs but appeal was denied.
I have paid for several items which I got and some did not due to PayPal was holding those funds.

Now when logged in the limited Paypal, the payments have been reversed back in my credit card
My paypal balance is zero and all the transaction are showing reversal, and reversal back to credit card

Does that mean, funds are being return back to my card? Or does Paypal keeps it. You know the usual thing..180 days blah blah.

What happens now

Thats an interesting situation, if it shows reversed and it was a transaction where you were sending money out with a credit card then it most likely means you are getting refunded and will see the credit in a few days on your card.

Usually means the funds are returned to the funding source on file, ie, the card.

You got lucky with that.

Sad about losing a buyer's account though.

Yes.

But the sad thing is. How do I pay the sellers which I bought items.

I did not want this happened. Some sellers got their money since the items had tracking number.
Since my account is suspended. I cannot email the sellers.
The items I got were small amount. But still. If that happened to me, I would have been annoyed.

Is there anyway around this.

If you really want to be nice and have another paypal, can send them the money to their paypals directly and include a note like:

"i owe you, have a good day "

Or ask sellers for other acceptable modes of payment saying that you have PP issues....if they are open to it

How does one accomplish that, exactly? I've actually TRIED to do this in the past and couldn't.

I remember this happened when I did a guest checkout with a used cc way back when - a buyer's account can also get limited if payment is sent from bank account but NSF (i.e. e-check bounces) - just an example.

@rsot

That is unusual

Guest checkout transactions usually get a notice of eBay account suspension.

I got told by eBay there is no PayPal account technically. Nothing to limit.

Explain what happened and around what date.

I do * cough* experiments
