What happens if say a return/charge back makes you go neg?
I always try to keep xxx in my paypal incase of a return or a chargeback. I need some funds so I think of withdrawling some of my paypal funds....but what happens in the worst case I get a charge back and dont have enough in my account? Will Paypal automaticly go after it and take it from your linked bank account or will they do nothing if you account is in good standing?

If you have a bank on file, they can dip into it too OP. They have been known to give time to pay the amount back but the longer it goes negative, the more risk you are asking for limitation.
