Well half of the dozen stealths I got, I did call to get a higher limit.
The phone verification for my accounts is a bit different. They just send us a TEXT message on the phone.
But even the ones I did call to get higher limits and had feedback removed they still send that. It's just that it's dup listing really. I mean I sell the same products and post 100+ auctions on my main account and didn't get this in like forever! I don't know why they are doing this after so long! Nothing to worry about because I can sell the same products in sets of 2, 3, 4, 5, etc and brand names so I don't really care but it's starting to be a pain in the @$$ when they do it after so long and not the others just that one!
They don't ask to very anything at all really.
Here is the message I got.

MC999 Listing policy violation alert:
Hello (account name here),
To make sure eBay buyers have the best possible shopping experience, we want to ensure easy and accurate searching and purchasing. To help make items easier to find, we have a policy that doesn't allow duplicate listings.
We understand that you may not have been aware of this policy or that this may have been an oversight. Unfortunately, we had to take the following action:
- Duplicate listings have been removed.
- We have credited all associated fees except for the final value fee for your listing(s).
Please take the time to review your listings and remove any other duplicates.
The duplicate listings we identified were listed on the following multiple accounts:
(Account name here)
The items we removed are duplicates of the following listings that are currently active on your eBay account:
(item number here)
Following the guidelines below can help prevent further action on your account, including limits to your buying and selling privileges.
- If you have identical items for sale, please list them in a single, fixed-price, multiple-quantity listing. If you have an active fixed-price listing, we recommend revising it to increase the quantity.
- Review any automated listing features to prevent these items from being relisted.
- If you have more than one user ID, please review all of your listings. Duplicates aren't allowed across accounts.

Ebay you truely blow, we just want to make money! If I got one listing of the same I end up selling less. If I got 10 then it's a lot better but hey less money for you in fees!
