Yes, you will need a host to install your website on. I use a hostgator baby account that allows you to run many sites for 7.95 a month There are tons of cheap hosting companies out there.

It's like riding a motorcycle, flying a helicopter, tearing apart an engine or scuba diving down to 300 feet. Everyone has to learn how to do it in the beginning.
Any website you set up with any cart system will have a learning curve. Just have to jump in and paddle.
Or pay someone to install it for you and set it up in a basic manner but you will still need to learn the ins and outs of whatever cart software you choose to work with.
The first one is the hardest, then you will make them with your eyes closed.
