GoBank - ???

So just wanted to know if anyone has used this new app called GoBank for the IOS platform. It basically is a bank account, but for your mobile device. However I'm not sure if it is related to any other type of bank account, or maybe just a branch off some other bigger service.

I just saw it on the App Store, and did a search, and didn't see anything related.
