eBay cancelled my deals but I have received payments

I received eBay notification that 2 of my sales were cancelled due to MC036. I have already received the payments from buyers. What should I do. Refund or continue to dispatch the goods. Need urgent advice please. Thank you so much.

Complete the deal that way.

Should you post out the items and they go missing for any reason, you could have claims made against you.

Show good faith and give immediate refunds.

Work out why you got MC036 as well.

I would recommend this.

It means you are reducing future trouble.

Buyers paid you quickly. You had troubles. You refunded their money without issue.

That makes you look honest and a good seller.

I just made refund to the buyers who brought my items yesterday. But one of the buyer also brought my products on 14 September. I have already sent out the item and believe that he had already received it. What should I do now? Refund to the buyer than I would be total lost in this deal!

I would think that my item was reported to eBay by an aggressive competitor. Many sellers are still selling the same products now in eBay. Don't know the reason why eBay just focus on me

Then do not refund him.

As you say, you would lose on the deal. Avoid that.

For items not sent, refund at once.

If this is competitors, then be careful about relisting again. Try to keep your account safe.

Always communicate with your buyers and keep them aware - some buyers may wish to keep the transaction. But seems like you got it solved
