Activity: 0% Longevity: 61% | | Attaching a bank account to paypal after you get several selling feedbacks?
Ok, so I created 2 stealth accounts so far and would like to move on to a third. I'm thinking that can we just attach the bank account after we get several feedbacks while letting it grow?
I'm thinking that going through the hassle of talking to a bank rep for baby stealth might be delayed until we know at least this account is good to go after a bit of time. I have a lot of small stuff around the house that I could get for free. I could sell it on ebay, collect at least the shipping, sell it at a price that covers the ebay fees, print the shipping label from paypal, send it and wait for some feedbacks.
Essentially, it would be just sending the customer the items with expenses paid for and waiting for feedback.
After that, then can I attach a bank account number to that account and then start rolling? Is this good stealth practice for those of you who create 4 or 5 accounts per week? Thanks.

You could attach the account whenever you choose.
I attach mine from the start.
I sell on a fully verified and confirmed paypal. I never sell before an account is at least one month old ( & sometimes older).
That's my mileage.
Differs for everyone, of course. |

I actually also followed GB's lead from way back about getting the PP verified in ADVANCE of any eB activity - even getting money into it before too

Is it ok to verify with VCC and vba then sell maybe $1000 then add real bank and withdraw?

with that age on that account? I wouldnt suggest that amount as its too high. Try 100 first, especially on a young account.

2. Withdrawing all in one shot is risky business in the eyes of PP

So just withdraw say every $100? I thought doing many withdraws is risk as well.

You withdraw a small amount based on the CLEARED amount - say if your cleared amount is $1000 - could try an initial withdrawal of $100-250...never know 100% with PP but keep the activity low.

I am thinking I am going to just try and experiment with selling without attaching a bank account for baby stealths. Just charge a minimum price where you would at least the customer pays for the selling expenses. Get some feedback then attach a bank account. I got a lot of little things lying around the house that I don't mind giving away just to get some feedback.

A new eBay doing a $1000 sale may get suspended. You may not even get a chance to add any bank account then.
Withdrawals need to be small on new paypals. |

I don't mean just $1000 sale but mutiple sales of small amounts.

@900ex
On a brand new account I would never let the balance reach $1000 |

You need to start slow , I always attach a bank and a visa vanilla card to my Paypal , like GreenBean stated , I think this is the best way, it makes a stable base , if u start off half fast you don't look as secure in eBays view and have more of chance of suspension.
There are many prepaid debit cards you can get online in minutes with no monthly charge and they give u an online account instantly so u can get an account and routing number setup for free in minutes and able to verify ur Paypal with to small deposits or instantly.
That's the technique I use and than when the account takes off I sometimes add a real bank account, even though the prepaid works great, real banks how other advantages I won't get into now.
Than list maybe one or 2 low risk items the first month ship it fast and upload tracking( print postage from ebay) and than wait till the limits reset and than sell ur ten items the second month.
Withdrawals all depend on your business , and how frequent your sales are , and how much u have comming in
Always leave ur ebay fees in there and enough to cover one or two returns, you need to operate in a responsible business manner.

What I have done for a while now, that actually works well for me is a different method. While I follow all the same rules when selling on an account that is fully verified, and older then 30 days, I don't add my bank account right away. i have a VBA on the account, and slowly make sales with Low risk items, and gather not only feedback, but a little money in my PayPal as well. After I feel like the account is secure enough, and established, I then add my Bank Account. This is so I don't ruin a good bank account just in case something happens. Regardless of what people say, "well if you just follow the rules, you'll be ok", while this is usually true, you can never be to careful.
I have done this method for 2 years, and it has worked perfectly! Hope that helps!

2. Withdrawing all in one shot is risky business in the eyes of PP | I have about 165 bucks in my new paypal stealth. At this rate, the next month would do about 400 the next month. Am I walking a fine line here? I have another stealth growing too.

165 in first month to 400 in second month - it doesnt strike me as too high a spike...just double...more dependent on what you are selling - dont try to withdraw all right away however

I'm still at the stage where they are holding my money for max 21 days, shorter if you upload tracking etc.
